Muslimin Trust Fund Association is the oldest active charity organisation in Singapore, established in 1904. Some of the works I've spearheaded are Ramadhan, Asyura, social media management and a gala dinner celebrating MTFA Darul Ihsan Orphanages' 60th Anniversary.

Social Media Management

I've spearheaded the content development, designing & postings on MTFA, MTFA Darul Ihsan Orphanages, MTFA Ihsan Kidney Care & MTFA Ihsan Casket's social media accounts. In a year worth work, here are some key analytics:

MTFA Facebook Likes—29.8% increase

MTFA Facebook Followers—30.8% increase

MTFA Instagram Followers—24.6% increase

MTFA Darul Ihsan Orphanages Facebook Likes—11.3% increase

MTFA Darul Ihsan Orphanages Facebook Followers—13.5% increase

Ramadhan Campaign 2022

This Ramadhan campaign was my first major fundraising project in MTFA. While we liaised with an external Public Relations agency, I worked on the content planning and overseeing the designs alongside my team mates in the Publicity & Fundraising departments.

​

This fundraising was done through social media postings, running Berita Harian print advertising, gaining media coverages, influencer engagements, and email marketing.

 

We managed to raise an estimate of a 20% increase in donations and zakat as compared to the previous year.

Qurban with Ihsan 2022

With this being the first time we opened public sales for Qurban meat, the Publicity & Fundraising departments were able to experience this first-hand, and learn from it.

This fundraising was done through social media postings, running Berita Harian print advertising, influencer engagements, outdoor advertising and email marketing. 

​

From this exercise, we managed to provide 1500kg worth of Qurban meat to more than 500 households.

Asyura 2022

This Asyura campaign aimed to fundraise for children's gift hampers for those under MTFA's financial aid. This day is to commemorate Allah (SWT) freeing Prophet Musa (AS) and the Children of Israel from Pharaoh.

This fundraising was done through social media postings, influencer engagements, and email marketing. 

​

From this exercise, we managed to fundraise and gift 350 bags (worth $150 each) to bring smiles to our young beneficiaries.

Your Change, for a Change
MTFA Flag Day 2022

With flag day coming back with the easing of COVID-19 measures, MTFA took the opportunity to seek licensing for a physical flag day event. The Publicity & Fundraising departments were able to experience this first-hand, and learn from it.

​

This fundraising was done through social media postings, physical marketing, email marketing, and online fundraising.

​

From this exercise, we managed to raise a percentage of funds to be contributed to MTFA Ihsan Kidney Care's second dialysis centre.

MTFA 'In Bloom', Gala Dinner

Themed 'MTFA in Bloom', this gala dinner aimed to celebrate MTFA Darul Ihsan Orphanages' 60th anniversary and foster relationships with the people in our community. We had President Halimah Yacob as our guest-of-honour. 

​

I was part of the working committee, where we worked on this big event for only 3 months. On the Publicity's side of the event, I spearheaded the creation of the collaterals, namely the event logos, physical invitation cards, MTFA milestones board, MTFA Darul Ihsan Orphanages' informational board, and others.

​

The event also garnered media coverage on Berita Mediacorp.
